If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please contact your nearest de Le Cuona office and our Customer Service Team will track your delivery and ensure you are kept informed of the progress.
Please immediately contact the office through which you placed the order and where possible we will arrange delivery to your alternative address. Please note that this may cause a delay to the delivery of your order.
de Le Cuona UK is unable to offer purchases from countries in which we have a Distributor or Agent as this would be in breach of our Agreements with our partners in these territories – partners upon whom we rely to promote, display and support the sales and customer service of our products. For details of countries covered by Agency or Distributor Agreements, please see our Store Locator. We recommend that you contact your country’s local de Le Cuona representative to register your interest and place an order. For residents of the UK or countries for which we do not list a Distributor or Agent; orders can be placed directly with de Le Cuona in the UK or USA for despatch anywhere in the world.
de Le Cuona offers an Express next working day delivery as the standard option for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Subject to a surcharge; a before 10am delivery option is also usually available. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for a next working day delivery to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
You should have received a note from the Delivery company stating that they tried to deliver you consignment; that note should offer instructions on how to arrange a new delivery. Your closest de Le Cuona office will be happy to assist with this process. Please note, if you have somewhere safe on your property that the parcel can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can make a note of this on your account to avoid delivery delays in the future. Please note that packages are left at your own risk.
